Easy Bodybuilding
Bodybuilding, when done correctly, can be easy and injuryâfree; start with very light dumbbells (about 2â2½âŻlb) and add weight in small increments while keeping sets long enough to build endurance. Work out rhythmically, moving in sync with beats, so the body adapts before adding more load or volume. By the time youâre lifting around 15â17.5âŻlb for an hour or more youâll feel like an athlete; continued gradual progression will make you stronger and largerâgiving you a new look and a feeling of renewed youth.
